In my online classes on Zoom, you will learn how to use your voice to focus and relax, release negative emotions, reduce stress, and improve concentration. We will practice conscious breathing exercises, work with the voice on the chakras, make contact with our voice and its incredible power to act on body and mind. No previous skills or experience required, you only need a quiet spot in your home, comfortable clothes and possibly a yoga mat with you.
